Conga Partners with GC AI for Purpose-Built Legal AI in CLM

Conga announced a partnership with GC AI, an artificial intelligence platform designed for in-house legal teams and trusted by more than 2,000 legal teams. The collaboration integrates GC AI’s specialized legal AI directly into Conga’s contract lifecycle management (CLM) solution, building on Conga’s recently introduced AI capabilities. This integration enables legal teams to manage contracts more efficiently, streamline workflows, and improve the contract management process from start to finish.

“Legal teams are eager to embrace AI, but they also need solutions that fit naturally into the way they already work. Our partnership with GC AI gives customers access to purpose-built legal AI from a trusted provider while continuing to rely on Conga as the foundation for managing contracts across the entire lifecycle,” said Logan Maley, SVP, General Counsel at Conga. “Together, we’re helping legal teams move faster, work smarter and maintain the governance and visibility their organizations depend on.”

The partnership reflects growing demand for AI that supports how lawyers actually work. Conga research found that 95% of organizations are already using AI in CLM processes, yet only 38% describe their maturity as fully integrated. By integrating GC AI into its market-leading CLM solution, Conga is extending the intelligence of its platform to reach earlier in the contracting process, where speed and accuracy matter most. The integration also expands Conga’s growing ecosystem of solutions spanning the modern legal technology stack.

“In-house legal teams deserve technology built for their unique reality, and that means working inside the systems their companies already run on,” said Cecilia Ziniti, Co-Founder and CEO of GC AI. “Pairing GC AI with Conga CLM makes sure legal’s judgment is never operating on half the picture, from the first redline to the signed agreement. That’s how legal stops being a bottleneck and starts driving the business forward.”

Together, Conga and GC AI give legal teams a faster path from first draft to signed agreement, and the operational foundation to manage what comes after. The partnership is designed to deliver faster time to value, increased legal team capacity, and two platforms built with enterprise-grade security and governance controls.
