ReSource Pro has appointed Paul Naquin as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Technology Services. In this newly established position, Naquin will oversee a global team focused on delivering comprehensive technology solutions for insurance organizations, including system enhancements, cloud and platform deployments, data and analytics, AI-driven automation, and ongoing production support.
Paul Naquin brings more than 30 years of experience leading complex technology programs for some of the world’s largest consultancies and outsourcing firms, including Accenture, Capgemini, and NTT DATA Services. He most recently served as Group Senior Vice President at NTT DATA, following nearly two decades in executive roles at Capgemini, where he was Chief Operating Officer for North America.

Naquin will lead technology services as a standalone business unit with full P&L responsibility, driving capability expansion, strategic acquisitions, and partnerships. His focus: building solutions grounded in operational reality.
