1. Career Journey: Can you share the most interesting story that happened to you since you started your career, especially one that shaped your leadership approach at your current company
One of the most defining moments in my career happened very early on in my career. After earning my bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Mathematics in Canada, I started working in IT. About two years into my career, about 19 years ago, I ran into a former college connection at a Starbucks. It was one of those unexpected encounters that end up changing your trajectory entirely.
He told me his team was in a tough spot, major commitments had been made to global stakeholders, but the person responsible had suddenly left, leaving critical deliverables and international teams without support. They needed someone who not only had strong technical skills but who was willing to work hard, learn fast, and understand the business side.
Without hesitation, I said, “I’m that person. I can do this.”
And that moment opened the door.
I joined the global sales operations team at a large B2B organization, where I led the implementation and rollout of our sales tools at scale. I played a key role in rolling out our CRM and Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) for 3000+ sales personnel globally. It was the perfect intersection of technical depth and business understanding. That experience shaped the foundation of my leadership philosophy: stay curious, never stop learning, and value every connection you make.
Over the years, I’ve dedicated my career to translating complex technology into business impact, working across industries and global enterprises, and that accidental Starbucks meeting taught me that opportunities often come from relationships you cultivate long before you need them.
Today, that lesson continues to guide me. I lead with curiosity, remain deeply connected to both the technology and the business, and prioritize meaningful relationships. Because sometimes the most pivotal career moments begin with a simple conversation in a coffee shop.
2. Career Path: What initially brought you to this specific career path, and how did it lead to your role in this company?
Over the years, I’ve led digital transformation initiatives for global organizations across telecommunications, graphic communications, pharmaceuticals, and technology, always with a deeply consultative approach, regardless of my role. As my work evolved, I became recognized as a thought leader in intelligent automation and enterprise‑scale transformation, helping organizations unlock meaningful business value at scale. Through this work, especially within highly regulated environments, I more recently began noticing a consistent pattern: organizations were eager to adopt AI, yet governance, compliance, and risk concerns were slowing progress dramatically. It became clear that innovation and responsible adoption were fundamentally out of sync. I realized there had to be a better way.
At the same time, I connected with someone I had met who shared this exact passion and had already done meaningful work on improving AI efficiency and trust for regulated enterprises. Our alignment was immediate, and we saw the opportunity to tackle a challenge that organizations everywhere were struggling with.
At this point, a mastermind team was assembled by the CEO and investors of Integrated Cyber Solutions Inc., DBA, Integrated Quantum Technologies Inc. Together, we explored different ideas and unanimously agreed that this, responsible, scalable AI adoption, was the first problem we needed to solve. The vision, the timing, and the expertise across the group created the perfect foundation for the company’s direction going forward. That journey is what ultimately led to my strategic role today as CTO of the company. Where I am today is a natural evolution of my experience, blending my technical foundation, my background leading global transformation, and my GTM and leadership experience from AWS and other global organizations. Most importantly, it aligned with my passion for helping organizations innovate with speed, confidence, and trust.
3. Company Differentiation: What makes your company stand out from competitors in the market? Can you share an example that highlights this?
What truly differentiates Integrated Quantum Technologies is that there is no comparable method available today (to our knowledge) for enterprises that need to adopt AI quickly while maintaining strong compliance, privacy, and performance standards. Traditional security and governance tools today are leaving a gap. While these security tools and governance tools are critical, they don’t protect data throughout the entire machine learning lifecycle. They don’t enable teams to safely use AI at scale.

One of the biggest challenges that the company faced was solving a problem in a way that no one else in the market had ever done before. While ideating, we weren’t trying to incrementally improve an existing method, we were intentional about creating something entirely new. That meant we had to challenge conventional thinking, question assumptions, and push past the limitations that existing technologies had accepted as “normal.”
Developing a breakthrough approach is only half the battle, though. The other major challenge has been educating the market. When you introduce a completely new way of solving a long‑standing problem, organizations need time to understand why it matters, how it works, and how it’s different from the tools they’re familiar with. In highly regulated industries especially, trust, clarity, and transparency are essential.
The key lesson for the team was that true innovation requires both technical breakthrough and market alignment. You have to solve the problem in a novel way, but you also have to bring customers along the journey. When you do both, that’s when adoption accelerates and transformation becomes real.

My leadership combines technical rigor with practical, real‑world understanding of enterprise challenges. This ensures that there is a culture and a product, where innovation never comes at the expense of trust or compliance.
