Career Journey: Can you share the most interesting story that happened to you since you started your career, especially one that shaped your leadership approach at your current company?

People often assume the biggest leadership moments happen when everything is going well. In my experience, it’s usually the opposite.

One of the defining moments in my career came when I was leading a significant organizational transformation. We had talented people, loyal clients, and a successful business, but the market was changing faster than we were. We reached a point where standing still became the bigger risk. What I learned was that change isn’t really about new strategies or new organizational charts. It’s about trust. If people understand why change is happening, believe they’re part of shaping it, and know their leaders are walking beside them, they’ll accomplish far more than you ever imagined.

That experience shaped the way I lead today. My responsibility isn’t to have every answer. It’s to create clarity, communicate honestly, remove obstacles, and help people see what’s possible on the other side of uncertainty. That mindset has become a foundation for everything we’re building at Consulting Solutions.

Career Path: What initially brought you to this specific career path, and how did it lead to your role in this company?

I’ve always believed technology is really a people business. Technology itself is important, but organizations don’t transform because someone installs new software. They transform because the right people solve the right problems together.

Throughout my career I’ve been fortunate to work alongside clients tackling complex business challenges, and I found myself increasingly energized by helping organizations navigate change rather than simply deliver projects.

That naturally led me to Consulting Solutions. We saw an opportunity to build something that reflects where the market is going — a company that brings together consulting, technology expertise, and specialized talent under one roof to help clients move faster and with greater confidence.

Company Differentiation: What makes your company stand out from competitors in the market? Can you share an example that highlights this?

The way clients buy technology services has changed dramatically. Not long ago, a company might hire one firm for strategy, another for implementation, and another to provide talent. Today, transformation moves too quickly for that level of fragmentation. That’s why we’ve built Consulting Solutions differently.

Our clients want a partner that can help define the strategy, execute the work, and provide the specialized expertise needed along the way. Whether the initiative involves AI, cloud modernization, ERP, cybersecurity, or digital transformation, our goal is to stay with clients throughout the entire journey — not just one phase of it. We’ve found that when those capabilities work together, clients spend less time managing vendors and more time creating business value.

Product Innovation: Are you working on any exciting new products or projects? How do you think this innovation will positively impact your customers?

The innovation I’m most excited about isn’t a product — it’s a transformation. Over the past year, we’ve brought together several highly respected technology organizations under one Consulting Solutions brand. While that may sound like a branding initiative on the surface, it’s really about creating a better client experience.

Our clients don’t think in terms of organizational charts. They think about solving business problems.

By integrating our capabilities across AI, cloud, cybersecurity, ERP, digital transformation, strategic consulting, and talent solutions, we’ve created an organization that’s easier to engage, easier to navigate, and better equipped to help clients adapt as their needs evolve. As technology continues to accelerate, I believe simplicity becomes a competitive advantage.

Success Insight: What was the tipping point for your company’s recent success? Was there a change in strategy or approach that others might learn from?

The turning point came when we stopped thinking about ourselves as several successful businesses and started acting like one company with one purpose. That sounds simple, but it changes everything.

When everyone is moving in the same direction, with shared priorities, shared accountability, and a shared commitment to the client, the organization becomes faster, more collaborative, and more innovative.

One lesson I’d share with any leader is that alignment creates momentum. You don’t have to make every process perfect before moving forward. But you do need everyone rowing toward the same destination.

Challenges and Lessons: Can you share a significant challenge your company faced and how you overcame it? What key lesson did that experience provide?

Bringing together multiple companies is a complex undertaking. Technology integration is challenging. Operational integration is challenging. But culture is always the hardest part.

Every organization has traditions they’re proud of, and they should be. Our goal wasn’t to erase those histories, but to build something even stronger by bringing together the best of each.

We spent a tremendous amount of time communicating, asking questions, listening, and making sure people understood both where we were going and why it mattered. If there’s one lesson I carry with me, it’s this: transformation isn’t something leaders announce. It’s something people build together.

When people feel ownership, change becomes sustainable.

Leadership Impact: In just a few words, what differentiates your leadership role from others in the company? What impact does this have on company culture or product success?

If I had to summarize my role in one sentence, I’d say it’s creating an environment where great people can do their best work.

That means providing clarity when things are uncertain, encouraging collaboration across the organization, and never losing sight of who we’re ultimately here to serve — our clients, our consultants, and each other.

I’ve always believed leadership is less about being in front and more about helping others move forward.  When you build that kind of culture, innovation naturally follows.
