Nitel has announced the selection of Shekar Murthy as the senior vice president of Customer Success, emphasizing the company’s ongoing dedication to enhancing customer experiences with expert assistance and cutting-edge digital capabilities. With a professional background spanning Concentrix, IBM, Peropta, Verizon, and Yellow.ai, Murthy has built a commendable reputation for enhancing value and revolutionizing customer service across diverse industries. He is globally acknowledged for his efforts in accelerating client achievements through dynamic customer engagement strategies, utilizing state-of-the-art digital transformation including the application of AI.

Prior to Yellow.ai, he held senior leadership positions at Concentrix, IBM, and Verizon, and is a founder of Peropta, a boutique innovation strategy and digital transformation advisory firm specializing in IT transformation and strategic advisory services to C-level executives and boards. Throughout his career, Murthy has made significant strides in aligning cutting-edge technologies with strategic business needs. His leadership in establishing centers of excellence at a number of companies, particularly in AI and automation, has saved companies he has worked with over $100 million, simultaneously boosting their revenues and profits.
