ProCircular has strengthened its leadership team with new appointments and promotions spanning AI and cybersecurity research and development, defensive security, governance, risk and compliance, customer service, and business operations. The leadership expansion supports the company’s continued investment in cybersecurity and AI while building the operational foundation for future growth.

“Chaos and change are constants in cybersecurity and AI,” said Aaron Warner, CEO of ProCircular. “We’re always looking for people who bring that rare combination of innovation, capability, and care. ProCircular’s success has always come down to the brilliant people who make up this company, and this group makes us even stronger.”

Jim Sherlock, Vice President of AI and Cybersecurity R&D leads research and development for the firm’s AI and cybersecurity tooling, including multi-agent systems applied to offensive security, threat intelligence, and incident triage. He joined ProCircular in 2025 as a senior offensive security engineer, leading cloud security assessments for mid-market clients while building the firm’s software development team.

He is also co-founder and CTO of Cybercade, a games-based security awareness platform. Before ProCircular, Jim spent nearly two decades at Pearson, where he founded the Assessment Information Security Office, led the migration of Pearson’s assessment platforms to AWS, and was lead inventor on a patented real-time anomaly detection system protecting online testing for more than 240 million users. His commentary on agentic AI and offensive security appears in TechRadar, InfoWorld, and VKTR.

Tim Lansing, Director of Defensive Security Operations, joined ProCircular in May to lead and direct ProCircular’s Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO) Security Operations Center, Incident Response, and Security Engineering teams in protecting and supporting customers. He is helping advance the automation of defensive operations and the responsible integration of AI to improve the team’s efficiency and capabilities.

Tim previously led the Americas Incident Response team at Check Point Software and held Cyber Threat Intelligence, Security Operations Center, and Incident Response roles at RTX, AT&T, and Collins Aerospace. Before entering the private sector, he served nearly nine years in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he led a roughly 60-person infantry battalion communications team and contributed to intelligence activities at National Security Agency Hawaii. Tim holds the CISSP and, in 2023, earned the GIAC Security Expert (GSE), GIAC’s highest-level certification.

Andrew Chipman, Director of GRC & Information Security Officer, was promoted in June after more than seven years with ProCircular, where he most recently served as GRC Manager. Andrew leads the Governance, Risk, and Compliance practice, helping to set direction and strategy for existing and newly developed GRC services and products.

He also leads the internal security efforts for ProCircular’s risk management, governance and compliance programs aimed at protecting client data and ProCircular’s intellectual property. A CISA, CISM, CISSP and CCISO, Chipman previously held information security leadership roles at StoneX Group and Group O.

Andy Roethler, Customer Service Manager, joined ProCircular in May. He brings nearly 25 years of customer care and operations experience from Integrated DNA Technologies, where he led multiple customer care teams and drove improvements in customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and service delivery. At ProCircular, he now manages client relationships and leads client experience and retention efforts.

Rachelle Sieverding, Controller, rejoined ProCircular in May, after previously spending nearly three years with the company in payroll and benefits. Her work bridges finance, human resources, and business operations. She oversees ProCircular’s accounting operations and financial reporting, covering everything from accounts payable and receivable to general ledger, payroll, and month-end close, and works closely with the CFO/COO on budgeting, cash flow, and financial planning.

Her responsibilities also extend across much of the company’s human resources function, where she partners with leadership and managers on recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, compliance, and workforce planning.
