GoTo and Nexthink announced the next stage of their partnership, aimed at simplifying how enterprises, global system integrators (GSIs), and value-added resellers (VARs) deliver and manage digital workplace support. Building on their strategic partnership launched in 2025, the companies are expanding the integration between LogMeIn Rescue’s remote support capabilities and Nexthink Infinity’s real-time device intelligence. The bidirectional, end-to-end connection is now available directly through the Nexthink Infinity Library, enabling IT teams to identify and resolve device issues more quickly and efficiently.
“This integration represents a meaningful evolution of what our partnership with GoTo can do for IT teams,” said Samuele Gantner, Chief Product Officer at Nexthink. “We’re excited to feature LogMeIn Rescue in the Nexthink Infinity Library, giving IT teams one-click access to connect their device intelligence with AI-powered remote support. Nexthink gives technicians the full picture of what’s happening on a device before they ever take a manual step. Now, with Rescue available directly from the Library, we’re fundamentally changing how fast and how confidently IT teams can resolve issues, and the impact that has on the employee experience.”
The bidirectional integration connects the platforms at four key moments in the support workflow:
- One-click session launch:Â Technicians can initiate a Rescue session directly from the Nexthink device view. A simple, automated launch gets both the technician and end user into the session immediately, eliminating the manual back-and-forth that previously slowed time to connect.
- Live device data and DEX insights in-session: A dedicated tab in the Rescue technician console surfaces live Nexthink device data, structured troubleshooting checklists, and DEX scores — including end-user sentiment and composite experience metrics — with no tool switching required.
- AI-powered recommendations enriched by Nexthink telemetry:Â Rescue AI cross-references historical Nexthink device data with live session context to generate high-confidence root cause analyses and targeted recommendations before the technician has taken a single manual step.
- Direct remediation via Nexthink Remote Actions:Â Once a diagnosis is confirmed, technicians execute Nexthink Remote Actions directly from the Rescue console. The action is logged in Rescue’s session reporting and any connected ticketing system, completing the full support loop without leaving the session.
“When we first announced our partnership, the goal was clear: bring together the best of what Nexthink and Rescue each do, in a way that enhances how enterprise IT, GSI, and VAR teams work,” said Joseph George, General Manager of IT Solutions Group at GoTo. “We are now building on this strategic partnership with a deeper, bidirectional integration between our platforms, providing technicians everything they need in a single place. We’re giving IT teams a real advantage in speed, accuracy, and the employee experience they’re able to deliver.”
