Framewerx Acquires AD Micro Technology to Expand Managed IT Services

Framewerx has acquired managed IT services provider AD Micro Technology, expanding its capabilities across IT support, networking, cybersecurity, backup, cloud services, and printer management. The acquisition combines the companies’ complementary expertise, strengthening Framewerx’s portfolio with AI-powered IT help desk, security, managed services, and project delivery capabilities while reinforcing their shared commitment to customer service.

AD Micro Technology has built a long-standing reputation for trusted client partnerships and strong project delivery. Through the acquisition, Framewerx gains additional talent, deeper market reach, and opportunities to broaden its service offering across its existing customer base and AD Micro Technology’s clients.

“We built AD Micro Technology on strong client relationships, trusted service, and a commitment to delivering meaningful value over time,” said Kimson Dy Ning, founder of AD Micro Technology. “Becoming part of Framewerx creates an important opportunity to scale that foundation within a larger organization, while continuing to serve customers with the same level of care and consistency they have come to expect.”

The acquisition aligns with Framewerx’s broader strategy to scale in response to rapid industry shifts, particularly the rise of artificial intelligence and the growing demand for strategic AI governance.

To lead that shift, Framewerx recently launched Neuralwerx, an AI-powered IT help desk and security platform designed to streamline support, accelerate ticket resolution, and strengthen cybersecurity. By combining Neuralwerx’s AI-driven capabilities with AD Micro Technologies’ hands-on operational strength, Framewerx is positioned to deliver a more comprehensive, efficient IT ecosystem to mid-market businesses.

“Following the success of our Neuralwerx launch, this acquisition represents another important step in executing our long-term vision,” said Dan Reid, CEO of Framewerx. “AD Micro Technology brings strong client relationships, proven delivery expertise, and capabilities that will enhance what we can offer across our organization. Together, we’re building a stronger, more scalable platform designed to deliver lasting value for clients now and into the future.”

AD Micro Technology will continue operating as a brand within the Framewerx organization during the transition period, with plans to fully integrate staff into Framewerx by the end of the year, increasing headcount by 30%.
