Exabeam Adds MSSP Commercial Framework to APEX Program

Exabeam announced a new MSSP commercial framework designed to help Managed Security Service Providers scale more efficiently while maintaining predictable margins and operational flexibility. Building on its recognition as a 5-Star winner in the 2026 CRN Partner Program Guide, the framework was created in response to partner feedback, eliminating the constraints of legacy licensing models and introducing flexible options that simplify how MSSPs purchase, deploy, and expand within the Exabeam APEX Partner Program.

“The Exabeam APEX Partner Program is designed to help partners grow profitably and differentiate in a competitive market,” said Craig Patterson, Global Channel Chief at Exabeam. “With this new MSSP commercial framework, we’re extending that commitment and delivering a model designed specifically for how today’s managed security providers operate and scale.”

MSSP Commercial Framework Built for Scale and Operational Efficiency

The new framework offers two flexible deployment models, allowing MSSPs to align licensing with their service delivery strategy:

  • Single pooled license model — Ideal for high-volume, multi-tenant environments, enabling centralized management through a single analyst console and control plane to optimize cost and operational efficiency.
  • Federated subscription model — Designed for MSSPs operating across multiple regions or compliance boundaries, offering strict data and license isolation with centralized visibility and API-driven automation.

Both options reduce onboarding friction, streamline billing and contracting, and provide greater cost control as customer environments expand. The framework replaces fragmented commercial structures with a simplified, standardized global model.

“This initiative is personal for me because it was built directly from the conversations we’ve had with our MSSP partners,” said Peter Stratis, Senior Director, Service Provider Alliances at Exabeam. “We listened to their challenges around scaling, onboarding, and protecting margins, and worked side by side to design a framework that truly supports how they operate. Seeing this come to life is incredibly rewarding because it gives our partners the flexibility and confidence to grow their businesses with Exabeam for the long term.”

“Partnering with Exabeam as our main security platform of choice has been a strategic move for GIP. We selected Exabeam for its superior detection capabilities and lower total cost of ownership, which immediately strengthened the foundation of our managed detection and response services, said Bastian Jankowski, General Manager at G.I.P. S.à r.l. “By standardizing our 40-page MDR service description around the Exabeam platform, we’ve built a scalable and modern offering that enables faster onboarding, streamlined operations, and improved threat visibility for our customers. Our customers appreciate the fact that we are bringing them to a higher cyber protection level whilst maintaining or even lowering their costs. As the pilot MSSP for this new model, we highly appreciated the collaborative approach from the Exabeam team. Our feedback helped shape the program on both sides, and together we’ve created a strong foundation for long-term growth.”

Fully integrated into the award-winning Exabeam APEX Partner Program, MSSPs also benefit from:

  • Flexible invoicing options
  • Retention-based rebates aligned to recurring revenue models
  • Not-for-Resale (NFR) environments for service innovation
  • Market Development Funds (MDF)
  • Access to advisory councils and early product programs

Together, these capabilities enable MSSPs to move beyond transactional resale and build scalable, high-margin recurring security services.

The new MSSP commercial framework is available immediately. Existing MSSP partners can align through standard program updates.
